Refund policy

At bygilanbeauty.com we offer you a 30-day right of withdrawal, along with a money-back guarantee and free returns for items purchased through our online store. The right of withdrawal begins from the day you receive the product.

If you wish to return all or part of your order, please contact our customer service team at gilan@bygilanbeauty.com to request a return label. Once the return is processed, we will issue a full refund for the items.

It is the customer's responsibility to pack the items securely for return, ensuring they arrive in good condition. Please include your name, phone number, and order number when sending back the items.

Please note that the product's seal (if applicable) must remain unbroken. The product must also be unused and untested. The item should be returned with all original packaging and any included accessories.

If you received incorrect or defective items, we will send you replacements at no additional cost. The incorrect or defective item must be returned (or a photo of the defective item provided) before we can ship the correct item.
